Vivacity Infrastructure Group APPOINTS MIKE BRESCIO AS NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Chicago – Vivacity Infrastructure Group, a trusted provider of communications infrastructure solutions and services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Brescio as Chief Financial Officer. In the role of CFO, Mike will lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. Mike joins the Vivacity leadership team with over 25 years of industry experience and a proven track record of financial leadership and strategic growth in the telecom, infrastructure and energy sectors. 

Brescio began his career at General Electric, where he held a series of finance roles before joining Hugh O’Kane Electric Company as its CFO, overseeing the telecom and electric construction firm. During his tenure, he became the founding CFO for ZenFi Networks, helping grow a 1,100-mile fiber network throughout New York City. Brescio also led several major M&A deals and played a key role in delivering the LinkNYC project. Following ZenFi’s acquisition by Boldyn Networks, Brescio helped lead the integration and commercialization of the combined network assets.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Boston College, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
