General Questions

Press Release Submission

Press releases are accepted on a continual basis, but publication is limited by the volume of news we receive.  To submit a press release, please send all information–including supporting documents and photos–to mediasubmissions@zweiggroup.com.  All press release copy should be included either in the body of the email or in an attached word document.

News items should be between 300 and 800 words in length and should focus on issues topical to the AEC industry such as technical developments, project updates, business announcements, software and technological developments, and any other topic that falls under the wide umbrella of the AEC industry.

Digital images at least 1000px by 1000px at 72ppi in JPG, EPS, TIFF format are the preferred format — the larger the better. Please email smaller images (less than 8 MB) or post larger images on a file delivery platform such as Dropbox or Google Drive and share with mediasubmissions@zweiggroup.com.

All published contributions become the property of Zweig Group, and may be reproduced again at any future time in print, electronic, or other format at the discretion of the publisher.
