Verdant Studio, Rogers, AR-based art, architecture, research and interiors firm, is pleased to kick off the new year with four new hires. These key additions bring much needed capacity and capabilities to the flourishing team and will expand the firm’s ability to both take on new work and execute several large projects already under contract.   

These new hires include:  

Tony Mallett, project manager. Mallett is an architecture and planning professional who joins Verdant Studio with over 15 years of experience in a variety of design industry sectors including retail, hospitality, healthcare & military.  

Adela Smalley, project manager. Smalley has vast experience working in large-scale retail, and is excited to work with our national clients, helping them realize their vision through great design.  She’ll work predominantly in Verdant Studio’s thriving retail program. 

Katlyn Snowden, drafter. Snowden a recent graduate from the University of Arkansas – Morrilton. She’s excited to build her technical skills and experience while helping our clients bring their ideas to life.  

Kaily Tran, executive administrator. Tran will keep the quickly growing firm organized and on track. As a former analyst in CPG, she has an extensive knowledge in Supply Chain, but is excited to satisfy her creative side and learn more about architecture and design.   

In 2023, Verdant Studio is positioned to provide a variety of design services for retail, residential, mixed use, multi-family & affordable housing, hospitality, and health care.
