Tower Tech Earns ISO 9001:2015 Certification

ALUM BANK, Pennsylvania-Tower Tech earned a certificate of registration recognizing the conformance of its quality management systems to ISO 9001:2015.  The manufacturer designs and builds energy efficient modular cooling towers. Assembled primarily from fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) pultruded parts, the corrosion-resistant components are fabricated by Creative Pultrusions Inc. which also renewed its certificate of registration for ISO 9001:2015.

Both companies are part of Creative Composites Group (CCG) formed earlier this year.  Creative Pultrusions acquired Tower Tech in 2017. A dedicated factory was built on the Creative Pultrusions campus [Alum Bank, Pennsylvania] in 2019 to centralize manufacturing operations for the cooling towers, improve production efficiencies and save costs on freight.  “The ISO standard ensures that Tower Tech’s fabrication processes for its patented, counterflow, mechanical-draft cooling towers meets industry and customer requirements,” says Michael Gassler, LEAN/ISO manager for Creative Pultrusions.
