T&M Associates opens new office in Wilmington, Del.

WILMINGTON, DEL. — T&M Associates, a consulting, engineering and environmental services provider, has established a new office in Wilmington, Del., to provide public and private clients with a broad range of engineering and environmental services, including planning, permitting, design and inspection.

Doug Barry, P.E., will manage T&M’s Wilmington office. He has more than 17 years of local experience overseeing projects involving land planning and site development, hydraulics and hydrology, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, roadway and utility design, infrastructure improvements, and construction administration. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware.
