Tighe & Bond opens New York office

Westfield, Mass. — Tighe & Bond, a Northeast provider of civil and environmental engineering/consulting, opened its doors this month to a New York office in Dutchess County. The workplace at 62 East Market Street in Red Hook, N.Y., provides a strong base of operations to better serve the company’s growing list of New York state clients. Tighe & Bond is providing services in New York through T&B Engineering, P.C.

Project Manager Erin Moore, P.E. is providing leadership for the establishment of Tighe & Bond’s newest office. A life-long resident of New York’s Hudson Valley, she is an environmental engineer with more than 15 years of experience in the municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater industry.

Moore’s portfolio includes working with upstate communities for more than a decade: she has served clients in Dutchess, Columbia, Ulster, Delaware, Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga and Washington counties. Currently she is working with the Village of Tivoli on water and wastewater system evaluations, as well as supporting the Town of Fishkill with its water district consolidation analysis.  She also recently worked with the Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority, the Town of Hyde Park, City of Beacon and the Village of Fishkill.

In addition to better serving its New York clients, Tighe & Bond, through T&B Engineering, P.C., is continuing its plan for geographic growth to further reinforce its position as a regional leader in engineering and environmental services.  This new office represents yet another growth opportunity for the firm that is seeing office expansions and staffing growth in multiple offices throughout New England.  Tighe & Bond currently has more than 260 employees.
