TEC Inc. acquires Taylor Associates Inc.

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA. — TEC Inc. announced the acquisition of Taylor Associates Inc., a water resources consulting firm located in Seattle that serves both public and private sector clients located primarily in the greater Puget Sound Region. Taylor Associates offers services in three core areas: water quality, hydrology, and fisheries. In addition to these core service areas, the firm also provides habitat restoration and watershed studies.

The merging of Taylor Associates into TEC will allow TEC to significantly expand its capability and expertise with water resources consulting services to the federal government, particularly the Department of Defense, while providing a wider range of environmental, engineering, and planning solutions to Taylor’s clients in the Puget Sound Region.
