Superior Construction Promotes Jeff Carlson to Director of Construction Services

Indianapolis, Ind. — Superior Construction, an American family-owned infrastructure contractor, is thrilled to announce the promotion of long-time employee Jeff Carlson to Director of Construction Services. In the newly created role at Superior, Carlson will manage labor relations, collective bargaining negotiations, man-hour allocations and workforce development across the Midwest region.

“I am honored and excited for this opportunity to teach and grow Superior leaders while continuing to foster our core values,” Carlson said.

Carlson has devoted 26 years to Superior and is a proud second-generation employee. He joined the team in 1996 as a carpenter apprentice and quickly impressed leadership with his strong work ethic and enthusiasm for learning. He has climbed through the ranks, leading projects that received both national and regional high distinctions. Carlson recently worked as the General Structures Superintendent for the four-phased I-65 / I-70 North Split reconstruction project in Indianapolis, Indiana.
