StormTrap acquires Fresh Creek

Romeoville, Ill. and Cedar Grove, N.J. — StormTrap, LLC, and Fresh Creek Technologies, Inc. entered into a definitive merger agreement under which StormTrap will acquire Fresh Creek in a stock transaction. The agreement was unanimously approved by the boards of directors of both companies.

StormTrap, LLC provides stormwater management systems for sustainable land development, including stormwater treatment, rainwater harvesting, stormwater infiltration and detention systems. Fresh Creek has provided Best Management Practice (BMP) products and services for the stormwater and Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) markets.
