Simpson Strong-Tie launches repair, protection and strengthening systems for concrete and masonry

PLEASANTON, Calif. – Simpson Strong-Tie recently launched its repair, protection and strengthening systems for concrete and masonry – a complementary product line to its anchor systems offering. With the new concrete repair products and full line of mechanical anchors, adhesives, powder-actuated and gas tools, and drill bits, Simpson Strong-Tie now offers customers many innovative solutions for infrastructure, commercial and industrial construction.

The repair, protection and strengthening systems line includes a wide variety of new products, including repair mortars, coatings, grouts, epoxies, sealants and the FX-70® structural repair and protection system. In late 2011, Simpson Strong-Tie acquired Fox Industries, a concrete repair manufacturer based in Baltimore, Md. One of the primary benefits of purchasing Fox was its long history of developing and formulating concrete and masonry repair products.
