Jayna Duke’s accomplishments and values catapulted her to a position as a shareholder and O’Connell Roberton’s most recent and youngest Principal, as well as being only the second female principal in the firm’s 73-year history.  With more than 14 years of experience, Duke’s work reflects the individual missions that drive each project while supporting their occupants to reach every goal.  Her accomplishments–ranging from leading the interior design on large and complex projects through growing and managing a team of young designers to supporting the AEC community–clearly demonstrate her passion and enthusiasm for creating spaces and environments that positively impact all.
