raSmith Provides Site Design and Surveying Services for Olympia Fields, Oconomowoc

Multi-Story Mixed-Use Development Will Be the Latest Addition at Olympia Fields

BROOKFIELD, Wis. — raSmith, a multi-disciplined civil and structural engineering and surveying firm, is working with developer Wangard Partners on a multi-story mixed-use development at Olympia Fields in Oconomowoc, Wis. This new development, featuring 116 apartments and a retail area of more than 19,000 square feet, will be located at the northwest corner of Pabst Road and Olympia Fields Drive. raSmith’s services on this project include surveying, site planning and design, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and construction services.

raSmith is also working with Wangard Partners on several other projects at Olympia Fields including a dental clinic, The Locklyn Apartment Community, and the Veterans Affairs (VA) Outpatient Clinic.
