Portland, Ore. — Parsons Brinckerhoff was named Employer of the Year by the Portland, Ore., chapter of WTS International. Parsons Brinckerhoff’s Portland office has been serving the Northwest since 1989, providing planning, environmental, design, and construction-phase services for transit systems, tunnels, bridges, and highways to a variety of federal, state, and local agencies.
