Houston, TX, Tranter Inc., announces that it has entered into an agreement with Delta T Thermal Solutions LLC to sell certain product assets and a manufacturing plant located in Wichita Falls, TX, USA. The product assets include the PLATECOIL®, ECONOCOIL®, and MAXCHANGER® heat exchanger product lines.
