New ASCE Press Book Aides Stakeholders on Excavation Projects

Reston, Va. – Every day in the United States construction projects involve thousands of excavations. The new ASCE Press book, Underground Utilities for Construction Practitioners and Homeowners offers guidance for stakeholders to reduce damage to underground utilities during excavation.
