MIDATLANTIC ENGINEERING LAUNCHES NEW DIVISION

Wall Township, New Jersey: MidAtlantic Engineering Partners (MidAtlantic) is pleased to announce that Robert S. Larsen R.A., P.P. has joined the firm and will focus on the areas of Planning and Preliminary Architecture through its new division, MidAtlantic Architecture and Design.

Over the past 25 years, Larsen has accumulated broad professional experience including conceptual site design, master planning, and development coordination of various commercial and residential redevelopments.  Larsen has developed a passion for helping clients match goals and strategies to the current development market providing key conceptual and cost input at the earliest stages of development planning.  In the process, Larsen has become a trusted and valued consultant to builders and developers throughout the northeastern United States.

With his years of experience in the fields of architecture and planning, Larsen provides practiced experience in coordination between the client, consulting engineers, and jurisdictional bodies involved in a project’s approval process. He is especially adept at working with clients and municipal planners in developing design plans and standards that attract new and sustainable growth opportunities while maintaining a community’s specific architectural heritage.  Prior to joining MidAtlantic, he held the position of Director of Planning at CPL Partnership.

Robert Larsen received his Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1997. He is a Registered Architect licensed in NJ, PA, and NY, a Professional Planner licensed in NJ, and a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards member.
