Maser Consulting P.A. announces new leadership structure

Red Bank, N.J. — Richard M. Maser, founder of Maser Consulting P.A., announced that the firm made a strategic change in its leadership. While maintaining his role as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the firm, he is passing the company presidency to Kevin L. Haney, PE and has advanced long-time director, Leonardo E. Ponzio, PLS to the position of Executive Vice President. Haney and Ponzio will continue to maintain their previous responsibilities as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Administrative Officer respectively.

“While I am not reducing my commitment to the Company, this is a planned transition to our leadership team,” stated Richard Maser. “In fact, I will continue seeking opportunities that will strengthen and provide long term stability for the Company, and I look forward to continuing to drive the Company’s direction for success.”

Haney’s current responsibilities include management of the technical side of the firm, including oversight of the firm’s day-to-day operations; business development activities; and execution of the firm’s strategic growth plan. He has more than 20 years of combined experience in civil/site engineering consulting for retail, commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential developments, as well as daily business operations management. Haney received his B.S. in Civil Engineering at Widener University; possesses seasoned relationships with numerous municipal, state, and federal agencies; and has additional experience in litigation support.

Leonardo E. Ponzio, PLS

Ponzio oversees the firm’s operational departments nationwide including the Accounting and Finance, Information Technologies, Building Operations, Marketing and Human Resource Departments and coordinates their development in stride with the firm’s growth. He has more than 30 years of experience in land surveying and has provided clients the most comprehensive survey services possible while sustaining Maser Consulting as a leader in the surveying industry.
