San Francisco, CA – Ideate Software, an Autodesk® AEC Industry Partner and Autodesk® Authorized Developer, is pleased to announce that Steve Deadman joined the team as a customer success manager for the EMEA region. Steve is responsible for providing support to customers and helping them get a strong return on their software investment.

“Steve has been an active user of Ideate Software plug-in tools for Revit for more than 10 years,” said Glynnis Patterson, Director of Software Development, Ideate Software. “By discussing BIM challenges with us, participating in our beta testing program, and sharing how he uses our products with other Revit users, he has helped us achieve our goal of developing tools that solve persistent problems in architecture, engineering, construction, and building owner (AECO) workflows. We were thrilled to welcome him to the team.”

Before joining Ideate Software, Steve worked at several top architectural firms in the United Kingdom where he specialized in the implementation and management of BIM processes and technology.

“I’ve been a fan of Ideate Software for a long time,” said Steve. “Their employees are knowledgeable, they take customer feedback seriously, they develop products that work, and they provide outstanding support. I jumped at the opportunity to help others realize the benefits I have through using their tools.”

Steve has a B.Eng (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering and various certifications in engineering. When not working, he enjoys traveling with his family, playing the guitar, yoga, Pilates, reading and swimming.

Steve is based out of Guildford, England, United Kingdom.
