Hengst received his bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Houston, and his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He is involved in many organizations, including the American Water Works Association, Water Environment Federation and the American Public Works Association.

“Our entire team looks forward to bringing our collective talents to new projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area,” said D. Wayne Klotz, P.E., D.WRE. “Duane is the right person to lead this effort, and I’m confident he’ll find success with our new office.”
