Julian Ramirez Promoted to Vice President of Construction Services of Pond

ATLANTA – Pond, an industry leader in construction management, architecture, engineering and planning is proud to announce the promotion of Julian Ramirez to Vice President of Construction Services, where he will lead Pond’s construction management, estimating, and preconstruction efforts across all markets and geographic locations.

Ramirez holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Ramirez’s experience expands across diverse sectors including oil and gas, power generation, air quality control systems and commercial construction. Utilizing a 4D Schedule and Budget process, Ramirez has been instrumental in the preconstruction phase for large Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects across the U.S. and ranging between $1M to $400M.
