Joe Rosinski adds joint venture expertise to Stanley Consultants

Denver – Stanley Consultants, a worldwide provider of engineering, environmental and construction services, appointed Joe Rosinski to lead alternative delivery practices in the energy business unit.

As a program manager, Rosinski will engage engineers and managers from Stanley Consultants widespread markets, including transportation, federal government, energy, environment, civil engineering, storm water and water treatment.

Rosinski led previous engineer, procure, construct (EPC) and design-build and other alternative delivery efforts at Kiewit, URS and AECOM on a variety of projects in Denver, Seattle, San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angles and other areas throughout the United States. Rosinski will work out of the firm’s Centennial office reporting to Energy Business Leader Larry Head.

“Joe’s knowledge of alternate delivery projects is a key to Stanley Consultants’ future success in the energy business unit as the market is requiring more integrated offerings,” Head said. “His knowledge of risk management, program management and safety is world-class. We look forward to him managing our key contractor partnering relationships.

“The energy market is moving towards alternate delivery projects such as EPC,” Rosinski added. “I am excited to bring that expertise to SCI to support our efforts to further develop that business portfolio while managing risks for all parties at the same time.”
