Integrate Construction Partners Builds First Stand-Alone Coffee Concept at City Foundry STL Food Hall

St. Louis, MO – Integrate Construction Partners (Integrate) has completed construction of City Foundry STL’s first stand-alone coffee concept – Century Coffee Company. Located directly inside the doors of City Foundry’s Food Hall in Midtown St. Louis, Century Coffee Company is a hospitality brand from New + Found, the developer behind City Foundry STL.

Designed by Lawrence Group and opened in August 2021, City Foundry STL is a 9-acre redevelopment of historic former Century Foundry and home to over 18 bars and restaurants, as well as local, regional and national food, retail and entertainment brands.

Century Coffee Company officially opened on December 1 and will operate on Monday – Sunday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The 795-square-foot space features open shelving, exposed brick walls and ceilings, bright and modern finishes, wood accents and industrial styling to match City Foundry’s aesthetic. The shop also features a counter with four barstools and a small table for two, plus a new generation of super-automatic espresso machines.

Curated and managed by 2019 Coffee in Good Spirits Barista Champion Matt Foster, the shop offers coffee blends from St. Louis-favorite roasteries, as well as a selection of teas, non-alcoholic drinks, seasonal specials and assorted baked goods and snacks.

“A coffee spot has been the most requested stall since the Food Hall opened in 2021, so we knew we had to get it right. Century Coffee Company is a fresh and inspired coffee concept that’s been a passion project of the team at New + Found, and Matt Foster. Matt has been the perfect partner to help us take our vision to the finish line, he has shared his knowledge and set the precedent of a quality customer experience with every cup. Everyone deserves the perfect pick-me-up, and we’re proud to be that part of someone’s day,” said Ashley Hesjedal, an associate on the development team at New + Found and the lead project manager for the coffee brand.

Integrate started construction on the project in August 2023 and was able to complete it on schedule and within budget. Lawrence Group was the architect on the project.
