OLD SAYBROOK, CONN. — Infiltrator Systems, Inc. (ISI) acquired the assets of the septic chamber business of Advanced DrainageSystems, Inc. (ADS) and its subsidiaries. ISI’s current wastewater product offerings include the Quick4 and Quick4 Plus lines of septic chambers as well as the TW and IM series of septic tanks, EZflow synthetic aggregate leachfields, EZset risers and Aquaworx products. As part of the acquisition, ADS, based in Hilliard, Ohio, has entered into a long-term, non- exclusive distribution agreement with Infiltrator Systems and will continue to market and sell the Arc and BioDiffuser product lines.
The ADS chamber product line is comprised of a family of onsite wastewater infiltration chambers that are well established in the onsite industry. These products include the Arc 18, Arc 24, Arc 36, Arc 36LP, Arc 36HC chambers as well as the complete BioDiffuser line of chambers.
“We are excited about the opportunity to expand our product offering to the marketplace,” stated Roy Moore, president and CEO of Infiltrator Systems. “Customers will continue to receive a broad array of products that best suit their needs as well as ISI’s high quality support and individualized service. We also believe this addition will lead to more efficient manufacturing operations, allowing us to be even more competitive with alternative solutions in the marketplace.”
“This is a ‘win-win’ for the industry,” stated Joe Chlapaty, chairman and CEO of ADS. “The agreement allows ADS to continue to compete vigorously for septic leachfield product sales by distributing Arc and BioDiffuser products manufactured by ISI as well as ADS’s other septic leachfield products. It has always been our intention to offer our distribution network the finest products and services available.
