Ideate Software Thanks Rahul Verma for 20 Years of Delighting Customers

San Francisco, CA– Ideate Software, an Autodesk® AEC Industry Partner and Autodesk® Authorized Developer, is honored to announce that its longest serving employee celebrated 20 years with the company.

“Rahul Verma joined when we were ID8 Media, an Autodesk reseller focused on 3D software,” said Bob Palioca, President of Ideate, Inc. “Our customers and the entire Ideate team celebrate this milestone anniversary and thank him for his loyalty, commitment and friendship.”

Rahul learned about ID8 Media while earning his degree in 3D Arts at San Francisco State University. “The techs that managed the campus labs talked about the high-end 3D systems in the ID8 training lab. Then a classmate who worked at ID8 asked if I would be interested in interviewing for a job. I jumped at the opportunity.”

That interview included teaching a two-day class. “The job was to support clients and lead classes, so they needed to be sure I was effective in front of a crowd. Fortunately, I had worked at a teacher’s assistant, so was comfortable with the test.”

Rahul’s skills, confidence and enthusiasm landed him the job that has evolved into a career of supporting companies as they select, implement and use innovative software solutions.

“Although I’ve been with the same company for 20 years, I’ve had several roles,” said Rahul. “Regardless of the job, I stay current on industry trends, technology advancements, and customer feedback, so I can bring my customers solutions that solve today’s problems and position them for future success.”

Rahul continued, “The one thing that has stayed the same throughout my career is the company’s commitment to overwhelmingly delighting customers. I have always been told that we are successful when our clients are successful. I take that message to heart. As I celebrate my success with Ideate, I sincerely thank my customers for helping me reach this occasion.”
