HDR acquires Sharon Greene + Associates

 OMAHA, NEB. and LAGUNA BEACH, CALIF. — HDR Engineering, Inc. acquired the business and assets of Sharon Greene + Associates, a firm specializing in transportation economics and financial analysis with offices in California and Denver. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. HDR | Sharon Greene + Associates will operate as a strategic consulting organization, offering an extensive portfolio of financial planning, project finance and public-private partnership advisory services.
