HARRISBURG, PA. — Gannett Fleming has been recognized for its marketing and communications efforts with four 2013 MarCom Awards. This award program is a creative competition honoring the concept, writing, and design of print, visual, audio, and web materials and programs. The Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals administers and judges this international competition, which attracts more than 6,000 entrants from around the globe each year.

Gannett Fleming’s 2012 Sustainability Report and PHX Sky Train: A Vision Takes Flight, a project grand opening booklet, earned the esteemed Platinum Award, the competition’s top honor. The firm’s 2012 Annual Report for Employees was honored with a Gold Award. Additionally, an Honorable Mention was awarded to the firm’s 2012 electronic holiday card.

The mission of the MarCom Awards, the largest competition of its kind, is to honor excellence and recognize the creativity of marketing and communications professionals worldwide. Winners were selected from more than 200 categories in seven forms of media and communication avenues. This year’s winners range in size from individual communicators to media conglomerates and Fortune 500 companies.
