F&R Announces Paul Bryan Promotion

F&R is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Bryan, PE to Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. In this new role, Paul will be coordinating the efforts of internal teams to develop the best solutions for our clients.

F&R President Mike Matthews had this to say regarding Paul’s promotion:

“Paul has continued to excel with every challenge at F&R. I’m thrilled to recognize his drive and attention to Stellar Client Service through his promotion to Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Congratulations, Paul.”

Paul graduated from the Virginia Military Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Paul began his career at F&R in 2003 as a summer intern CMT technician. He then joined F&R in 2005 as a Staff Engineer in the Roanoke Branch. In 2008 his gifting in client relationship development was recognized and he was promoted to Business Development Manager, initially for the Roanoke office, then later taking on the Crozet market as well. Paul proved to be a capable leader and was later promoted to Corporate Director of Business Development. Paul has always stepped up to help when needed, covering business development across multiple offices and volunteering to lead new initiatives.

Paul offered these words about his journey with F&R:

“I am humbled and honored to take on this new role in order to continue the advancement of F&R.  Having begun my career as a field technician and then a staff engineer, I was able to experience much of what F&R provides for our clients.  Coupling that with the past 12+ years of listening to client needs has enabled me to understand what it means to both promote and to provide Stellar Client Service and Stellar Service Delivery.  I look forward to building upon that now by working even more closely with the strong teams we have in marketing and business development.”
