FINLEY Engineering Group Adds Three New Shareholders

Tallahassee, Fla. — FINLEY Engineering Group announced that Colby Lindsay, Principal – Finance & Administration; Jindrich Potucek, P.E., Principal – Regional Bridge Engineer; and Carmine Borea, P.E., Principal – Business Development & Principal – Senior Bridge Engineer are now shareholders at the firm. Lindsay, Potucek and Borea will join Craig Finley, P.E., President and Jerry Pfuntner, P.E., S.E., Vice President as firm shareholders.

Colby Lindsay, Principal – Finance & Administration — Holding the position of Principal – Finance & Administration at FINLEY, Lindsay is responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative activities at the firm. Since becoming a part of the team in 2014, Lindsay has ensured overall company efficiencies allowing for growth as the firm has consistently exceeded company goals.

Jindrich Potucek, P.E., Principal – Regional Bridge Engineer — Overseeing FINLEY’s office in Prague, Czech Republic as Principal – Regional Bridge Engineer, Potucek has 10 years of experience in complex bridge design and construction engineering for bridge types including cable-stayed and segmental.

Carmine Borea, P.E., Principal – Business Development & Principal – Senior Bridge Engineer — As Principal – Senior Bridge Engineer and Principal – Business Development at FINLEY, Borea has over 10 years of bridge design and construction engineering experience around the globe. In this key leadership role, he has been an integral part of FINLEY’s growth as a firm. Borea leads projects pursuit (design-bid-build, design/build, CMGC and P3 projects), develops new alliances and relationships with business partners, sub-consultants, and potential clients; and identifies project improvements for contractors.
