Tallahassee, FLORIDA – Finley Engineering Group (FINLEY) has added another seasoned A/E/C professional to its growing team with the announcement of Marsha Jungels as Business Development Manager. With over 20 years’ experience establishing the processes and systems necessary to lay the groundwork for marketing, business development and sales success, Marsha joins T.A. “TAG” Goodwin and Jim Shappell as recent high-level hires at specialty bridge engineering company FINLEY.
“Marsha and TAG were a team for over 15 years, building relationships and winning work together at an incredible pace,” says Craig Finley, PE, president and CEO of FINLEY. “Having her join our team is another example of our continued commitment to growing, improving and expanding our company’s influence nationally and internationally. We aren’t built to rest on our laurels, and Marsha’s energy, enthusiasm and drive to succeed will help us to keep pushing forward.”
At FINLEY, Marsha’s initial duties will involve enhancing sales tools and processes, building marketing campaigns, and developing executive visualizations and dashboards. She will work to expand and refine FINLEY’s extensive customer relationship management (CRM) system, while also developing strategies to increase opportunities to feature its proprietary 3-D bridge information modeling (BrIM) technology on high-level projects.
“This is a dream opportunity,” says Jungels, who holds degrees in Business and Communications from Lindenwood University. “FINLEY is the leader among specialty bridge engineering firms, but we’re still a size where individual efforts can make a massive difference. Our BrIM technology is light years ahead of anything else out there, and the technical talent of our engineers is truly unmatched in the industry. As a business development professional, my job is immeasurably more satisfying, and my likelihood for success grows exponentially with that kind of foundation supporting me.”
