C+S sat down with trainers from On the Nose Water Leak Detection Dogs and handlers from Central Arkansas Water to bring you exclusive access to America’s first water leak detection dog. Named Vessel, this extraordinary worker went from the Paw in Prison Arkansas program to the front page of our magazine.
