EPA webinar to review new CGP requirements

 WASHINGTON, D.C. — On March 15 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. EST, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will host a webinar to provide an overview of the new 2012 Construction General Permit (CGP) and with an opportunity to ask questions of EPA staff.

Among the topics that will be discussed are the following:
• How to Obtain Permit Coverage
• Erosion and Sediment Control Requirements
• Pollution Prevention Requirements
• Water-Quality Requirements
• Inspection Requirements
• Corrective Action Requirements
• How to Terminate Permit Coverage

If you are unable to register for the first webinar, EPA will present similar material at a second webinar on March 21 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. EST.
