MIT-Spin-Off, Derq, Partners with AM Signal in Eight Western States with Exclusivity in 
Colorado, Arizona, Utah and New Mexico

MESA, AZ- Derq, a Detroit- and Dubai-based start-up, announced today the company has partnered with AM Signal, a leader in the distribution of traffic signal control devices and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) in the Western Region. The partnership will bring together Derq’s advanced technologies with AM Signal’s deep industry experience to enhance road safety and smart traffic infrastructure in eight states with an exclusive partnership in Colorado, Arizona, Utah and New Mexico.

AM Signal strives to be the leading Traffic Signal Control and ITS distributor in the Western United States. Their customer-centered approach combined with the forward-thinking innovators at Derq will bring a unique integrated offering to traffic signal control, ITS, road sensing and software applications. These solutions will be utilized to reduce collisions and fatalities on the roadways as well as improve traffic efficiency.
