Teaches science-based safety and hygiene best practices, essential as economy reopens and cases spike
Virginia Beach – In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, President of Global Training Centers, LLC. (GTC) and Master Trainer, Michael Haynie has innovated a bilingual science based virtual training platform that will guide organizations, corporations and municipalities on back to work procedures based on CDC and FDA guidelines. The program is facilitated by a group of experts in the scientific and medical fields and can be adapted to the daily evolving science and knowledge of COVID-19. The training modules are designed to help protect employees and customers as the economy reopens and as infections spike across the country.
Emphasizing standards of excellence and quality, the GTC program offers an opportunity for employers to provide direct support and leadership to the returning COVID-19 impacted workforce throughout the country. The training program – geared towards line level employees across all levels – educates, recommends, and maintains customer-focused standards that enhance the customer experience while keeping the employees healthy and safe at work. The program is bilingual and delivered virtually to allow for training flexibility.
GTC, parent company to numerous nationwide training companies, collaborated with DuPont Sustainable Solutions (DSS) to produce this program. It is applicable to all business verticals such as manufacturing, education, healthcare, law enforcement, hospitality, retail, restaurants, tourism and will consist of several training programs including: How to gradually return Back to Work, Preventing Spread of COVID-19, and Safe Work Practices & Emergency Communication Plans. The employee must attend the approximately sixty-minute online training and will receive a certificate of attendance. By completing the training, employees will benefit from enhanced customer and employee safety, improved hygiene, and safe service delivery in addition to being armed with first-hand factual knowledge to pass on to friends and family in their communities.
