CH2M HILL to acquire TERA Environmental

Denver — CH2M HILL entered into an agreement to purchase the business of TERA Environmental Consultants. With over 450 staff, TERA has been in the environmental consulting business serving the pipeline, electrical transmission and oil and gas industries for more than 30 years.

Based in Calgary, TERA has two other offices in Alberta and one in Victoria, B.C. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2014.
