C.W. Driver Completes $37.8M Begonia Place in Temple City for Begonia Real Estate Development 

The mixed-use, four-story building includes 19 multi-floor penthouses within the 74 apartments and 14,000 square feet of ground floor retail space 

TEMPLE CITY, Calif. – C.W. Driver Companies, a leading builder serving California since 1919, today announced the completion and opening of Begonia Place in Temple City, a neighborhood northeast of Los Angeles. The $37.8M mixed-use residential project is the construction firm’s first partnership with owner Begonia Real Estate Development. 

With 74 apartment units ranging from 732 to 1,251 square feet, Begonia Place offers two- and three-bedroom layouts in the four-story development, 19 of which are spacious multi-floor penthouses; and at ground level are two townhome-style live-work units. All of the modern-styled apartments include private balconies or patios, with some of the larger units featuring built-in barbecues and fire pits. Residents enjoy common spaces throughout with a clubhouse, business conference center, 24-hour access to a fitness facility, outdoor courtyard and multiple lounge areas with water features. 

The first floor of Begonia Place provides 14,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, with a secured subterranean garage for visitors and residents. The community is also pet friendly. 

Located at 5570 Rosemead Boulevard in Temple City on a broad tree-lined street, Begonia Place is four short miles southeast of Pasadena and accessible between the 10 and 210 freeways.
