Another ENGEO Soil and Material-Testing Laboratory Earns Certification

VALENCIA, CA – ENGEO, the most comprehensive geoscience engineering firm in the world, has expanded its laboratory capabilities and services to Valencia, California, and is now Caltrans certified. This new lab offers the largest number of AASHTO testing services in Northern LA County and will help further service the Southern California area.“Clients can take advantage of our easy access, and highly qualified, friendly staff to take care of their laboratory testing needs,” said Annamarie Usher, Associate, who leads ENGEO’s Valencia office and laboratory.

ENGEO’s Valencia lab is on the City of Los Angeles’s official list of testing agencies, and test methods will continue to expand with the addition of recent certifications including Direct Shear, R-Value, and LA Rattler.

ENGEO maintains seven soil and materials testing laboratories managed by registered geotechnical engineers. ENGEO laboratories are accredited through USACE, AASHTO Re:source, Caltrans, and DSA. Quality-assurance programs such as AASHTO Re:source, and CCRL are utilized for laboratory control and quality assurance.
