ANDREW PEREZ JOINS FREESE AND NICHOLS AS A SENIOR ARCHITECT IN AUSTIN

AUSTIN, Texas –– Freese and Nichols, Inc., has added Andrew Perez, AIA, to the Facilities team as a senior architect to manage projects for clients in Central Texas.

Perez has 25 years of experience on architecture projects for federal, state, municipal and higher education entities. He has handled projects in Central Texas and across the United States, including for the Texas State University System, the University of Texas System, the Texas Facilities Commission and transit agencies. Perez’s roles have included project manager, project architect and Building Information Modeling (BIM) lead.

Perez is a Registered Architect in Texas and received his bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin.

“Andrew’s broad skills, experience and ability to work with a wide variety of clients will help us continue to expand our facilities practice in the Central Texas region,” said Kirk Millican, AIA, Freese and Nichols’ Architecture Group Manager.
