Andrea Baird Elected President of CSI, Chicago Chapter

Chicago, IL – Raths, Raths & Johnson, Inc. (RRJ), a national engineering, architecture, and forensics consulting firm, headquartered in Willowbrook, Illinois, is pleased to announce that Senior Architect, Andrea Baird is elected President of the Construction Specifications Institute, Chicago Chapter, CSI’s largest chapter with over 300 members. She will serve a one-year term as President providing leadership, enthusiasm, and support to Board of Directors and the chapter’s educational initiatives.

Andrea Baird has over 12 years of experience specializing in the evaluation and repair design of building enclosure components and systems, field testing of air/water infiltration, and architectural and structural design for new and existing buildings. A building enclosure expert, she consults in the area of architectural peer review, THERM and WUFI modeling to analyze building enclosure performance, remedial design, performance testing, and construction quality assurance programs. She is a Registered Architect in Illinois and other states, a Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, a LEED Accredited Professional, Building Design & Construction (LEED AP BD+C), and is a certified Building Enclosure Commissioning Process Provider (BECxP), certified Commissioning Authority + Building Enclosure (CxA+BE) and certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA). She is a member of the Construction Specifications Institute, Chicago Chapter, ASTM International, Building Enclosure Council of Chicago, and the International Code Council.
