AECOM Welcomes Judy Yoder as Schools Capital Improvement Program Director

WEST PALM BEACH — AECOM, the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm, announced today that Judy Yoder, P.E. has joined the firm as program director for the School District of Palm Beach County Capital Improvement Program (CIP). AECOM serves as the district’s program manager for the CIP.

“Judy’s extensive program management experience will benefit Palm Beach County Public Schools with its CIP in many ways,” said Juan Alfonso, AECOM vice president and lead of the Florida program and project management business. “Her demonstrated ability to provide leadership in the management of project controls, construction, and design makes her an ideal fit in terms of providing excellence in program management for our clients and elevating the school environments within this growing school district.”

Prior to joining AECOM, Ms. Yoder was project director for school construction projects of various sizes in Illinois, Ohio, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Virginia. Her responsibilities included managing schedules, budgets, contracts, safety, agency interfacing, constructability reviews, and value engineering. Previously, Ms. Yoder was responsible for the management and operations of a major retail chain, healthcare facilities, entertainment complexes, and airports. In these roles, she has overseen all aspects of facilities management including budgets, work orders, facilities maintenance, contracts, landscaping, and vendors.

Ms. Yoder earned a double Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and Civil Engineering from Monmouth College in Illinois. She is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction and holds various certifications including a Certified Facilities Manager license, LEED certification, Certificate in Healthcare Compliance, and OSHA certification.
