ACT Engineers, Inc. Highlights the Importance of  ‘Climate Change and Coastal Resiliency in Local Communities’ at Cape May County Chamber Partner Networking Event

Marmora, NJ  ACT Engineers, Inc. partnered with the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce for a presentation on Climate Change and Coastal Resiliency in Local Communities’ at its Marmora office on June 1.

The ACT Engineers, Inc. team was joined by local, county, and state officials from Cape May and Atlantic Counties, and invited guests. With 30 years of experience, ACT Engineers, Inc., continues to change the landscape of civil engineering, coastal and environmental services, surveying, public involvement, landscape architecture and construction administration in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and beyond.

“We were pleased to host a distinguished crowd of officials and clients and provide information on this highly important topic that is so relevant and critically important for the southern New Jersey coastal community,” said ACT Engineers, Inc. Vice President Eric Rosina.

Rosina and ACT Engineers Director of Environmental Services Junetta Dix shared some of the current challenges and opportunities facing area communities in preparing for climate change. In addition, ACT outlined recent funding opportunities made available through the Infrastructure and Jobs Act and NJDEP’s Natural Climate Solutions Grant program to support related projects.

“These are important issues in New Jersey, but specifically in Atlantic and Cape May Counties. It matters,” said Dix.
