RGS Associates Promotes Three Team Members to Associate:  Benjamin Morton, RLA; Todd Kurl, RLA; and Aaron Bricker, RLA

Lancaster, PA – RGS Associates, a leading land planning, landscape architecture, and civil engineering firm serving Central and Southeastern Pennsylvania, is pleased to announce the promotions of Benjamin Morton, RLA; Todd Kurl, RLA; and Aaron Bricker, RLA, to the position of Associate.

These promotions recognize the leadership, creativity, and technical expertise each professional brings to the firm’s diverse portfolio of projects, highlighting RGS’s ongoing investment in developing future leaders who embody the firm’s culture of collaboration and client partnership.

BENJAMIN MORTON, RLA

Benjamin Morton, RLA, has built a reputation for his thoughtful approach to community redevelopment and public space design. Passionate about revitalizing existing communities and reimagining urban and institutional environments, Morton blends strategic planning with a strong design sensibility to create spaces that are both functional and inspiring. 

“Design is about listening,” Morton said. “Whether it’s a public plaza or private redevelopment, my goal is to understand the needs of both the client and the community and bring those perspectives together in meaningful ways.”

TODD KURL, RLA

Todd Kurl, RLA, joined RGS in 2010, bringing more than two decades of experience in landscape architecture and site design across Pennsylvania and Maryland. His expertise includes residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects, with a particular emphasis on grading, earthwork management, and native plant integration. 

“I love seeing design ideas become real, buildable projects,” Kurl said. “What makes RGS special is how we balance practicality with creativity. We’re always striving to make something better than it was before.”

AARON BRICKER, RLA

Aaron Bricker, RLA, began his career at RGS as an intern in 2006 and has since become a trusted technical resource within the firm. His deep understanding of land development processes, permitting, and regulatory compliance allows him to turn complex challenges into clear, buildable solutions. 

“One of the things I value most at RGS is our culture of mentorship,” Bricker said. “We all share knowledge, learn from one another, and work toward the same goal: creating places that make a positive impact.”
