Stantec closes Page acquisition, becoming the second largest architecture firm in the US

Acquisition grows Stantec’s Buildings practice by 35 percent

Stantec, a global leader in sustainable design and engineering, has closed its previously announced acquisition of Page, a 1,400-person architecture and engineering firm headquartered in Washington, DC.

With the addition of Page, Stantec’s US Buildings practice grows by nearly 35 percent and the Company’s overall US employee headcount expands to approximately 13,500 people. The acquisition positions Stantec as the second largest architecture firm in the US and strengthens its place as the largest integrated engineering and architecture firm in North America.

The combined Stantec and Page team offers deepened expertise and resources in some of the fastest-growing segments and regions of the US including advanced manufacturing, data centers, and health, while adding expanded capabilities in cleanroom design and fabrication facilities. It also strengthens Stantec’s US offering in mission critical, academic, civic, cultural, aviation, science and technology, commercial, industrial, and workplace.
