Bio: Nico Redfern is a dynamic mechanical project manager whose dedication to quality, leadership, and innovation contributes significantly to Galloway’s culture and growth. Since joining Galloway in 2019, he has rapidly advanced by leading projects, mentoring emerging professionals, and contributing to company-wide process improvements. Nico holds an Associate Commissioning Professional certification and leads complex commissioning work on federal and municipal facilities. He is also a champion for equity through Galloway’s Diversity Committee, the Galloway People of Color network, and charitable programs.
