Bio: Nicholas (Nick) Halan, PE, PTOE, is a rising transportation expert blending civil engineering with tech-savvy innovation. At HLR, he leads key traffic and intelligent transportation system (ITS) initiatives while also championing EV infrastructure and sustainability efforts. As a founding member of multiple young professional groups, Nick uplifts peers, mentors students, and drives civic engagement. His leadership has earned him a voice at the strategic level despite being early in his career.
