Yvonne Rivera has built a career in the AEC industry based on three pillars: management, leadership, and teaching.  Rivera is a project management professional who has guided projects from start to finish while also maintaining an active role in professional development organizations.  Rivera is also changing the AEC industry through her work in mentoring and teaching young engineers beginning their careers.
