FINLEY Engineers, Patrick Noble and Ivan Liu have been promoted to Senior Bridge Engineers

Tallahassee, FL – FINLEY Engineering Group (FINLEY), a Tallahassee based bridge design and construction engineering firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Patrick Noble, P.E., S.E. and Ivan Liu, P.E. to Senior Bridge Engineers. FINLEY recognizes and is thankful for their significant accomplishments and continued commitment to excellence.

Patrick Noble, P.E., S.E.

Patrick has been a member of FINLEY’s team in Tallahassee, Florida since October of 2015. Patrick has a master’s degree in structural engineering from Texas A&M University and ten years of experience in structural engineering design. As a Bridge Engineer, Patrick has contributed to the majority of FINLEY’s ongoing projects during this time, including our recent projects US98 Pensacola Bridge in Pensacola, Florida, and the US27/SR25/Okeechobee Rd and SR826/Palmetto Expressway Interchange in Miami, Florida. Patrick is an active member of both American Segmental Bridge Institute (ASBI) and National Steel Bridge Alliance (NSBA). FINLEY looks forward to Patrick bringing further expertise, insights, and contributions on our upcoming projects.
Ivan Liu, P.E.
Ivan has a master’s degree in structural engineering from Texas A&M University and over eight years of experience as a Bridge Engineer with FINLEY Engineering Group. He has performed design and construction engineering services for many types of complex bridges, including precast & cast-in-place segmental bridges, spandrel arch bridges, and cable-stayed bridges worldwide. Recent projects include the TH65 (3rd Avenue) Bridge Rehabilitation project in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and the US181 Harbor Bridge in Corpus Christi, Texas. He has been a major contributor to the overall development of FINLEY’s Bridge Integration Modeling (BrIM) process and its workflow for use on complex bridge projects. Ivan is a member of several professional organizations including American Segmental Bridge Institute (ASBI), American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), National Steel Bridge Alliance (NSBA), and American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). FINLEY looks forward to the contributions to the firm’s portfolio and reputation Liu will make in his new position.
