NETZSCH to Showcase Reliable Rotary Lobe Pumps and Progressing Cavity Pumps for Wastewater and Sludge at WEFTEC 2021

Visit Booth #3435 to learn about proven, reliable pumps for the most demanding wastewater applications including industrial wastewater and sludge dewatering

NETZSCH Pumps North America, LLC will be showcasing its extensive line of advanced, field-proven pumps for demanding wastewater applications at WEFTEC 2021, the Water Environment Federation Annual Technical Exhibition and Conference, October 16-20 in Chicago, IL. Stop by booth 3435 to see TORNADO® T1 Rotary Lobe Pumps and NEMO® Full Service-in-Place (FSIP®) Progressing Cavity Pumps, and learn about NETZSCH’s full line of pumping solutions for the wastewater industry.

Robust TORNADO® T1 Rotary Lobe Pumps convince with the GSS technology (Gearbox Security System), a spatial separation between pump chamber and gear box, in order to provide problem-free, low-wear conveyance of wastewater with problematic composition. Pump size and specification are precisely tailored to suit the characteristics of the pumped media and the operating requirements, based on the knowledge and experience gained by NETZSCH over many decades of development, design, manufacture and supply of positive displacement pumps.

NEMO® Full Service-in-Place (FSIP®) Progressing Cavity Pumps provide continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance of almost any substance, including thick sludge and harsh chemicals, without being affected by fluctuations in pressure and viscosity. NEMO® pumps are optimally configured for each installation, with eleven available progressing cavity pump types, four rotor/stator geometries, and a variety of engineered joints plus they are maintenance friendly.

NETZSCH pumps are available with a wide range of flow and pressure capabilities. The pump and tank can be constructed from carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and Halar/rubber-lined steel, depending on application needs.
