Lauren Schroedter’s rise at Hanson’s Seattle office has been swift. After joining the firm as an intern in 2006, she became a full time employee in 2009. By 2020, Schroedter was elected Assistant Vice President. Lauren focuses on engineering projects for rail clients; her management and technical abilities have helped her streamline processes, use technological advances, and lead efficient, effective project teams. Through her involvement in industry and professional organizations, Lauren has been invited to speak and serve as a panelist at several conferences, webinars, and colleges.
