Michael Russo is a Senior Architect and Project Director with nearly 15 years of experience providing construction management services for a variety of commercial, residential, and institutional projects that range from high-end residential developments to the maintenance of public housing infrastructure.  Since joining RAND in 2019, Russo has overseen significant projects valued at more than $25 million in construction costs. He is responsible for managing and mentoring 10 staff members, and is also involved in RAND’s operations and the interview process of new candidates.
