Gregory Lebo joins Stantec to lead Eastern Pennsylvania Transportation Practice

Gregory Lebo has joined leading global design firm Stantec as a Senior Associate. Based in the firm’s West Chester office, he will be responsible for managing the design and delivery of large transportation projects, business and staff development, and fostering relationships with existing clients.

Lebo brings 38 years of diverse transportation, business development, and multi-disciplinary team leadership experience, with a portfolio that spans the Mid-Atlantic region and includes a longstanding track record of project success with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. His expertise includes funding, engineering, planning, construction, quality assurance, and environmental services. Key project experience includes multiple transportation projects across PennDOT Districts 4-0, 5-0, and 6-0; cashless tolling open road toll (ORT) zones between mileposts 295 and 331, and total reconstruction projects between mileposts 298 and 312 on the Pennsylvania Turnpike; and the I-95/I-276 Interchange Project in Bucks County.

Lebo is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Pennsylvania, where he is involved in a number of committees. He is also actively involved with the American Society of Highway Engineers, the Institute of Transportation Engineers, and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
